We can help you with all of the items and tasks necessary before we hand over the keys to your home, including the final walk-through, coordinating moving companies, addressing any requests for adjustments or credits to the sale price and consult with the attorneys to finalize the closing process.

Is one component of the overall marketing plan. We take advantage of all the major social medial platforms to advertise, promote and introduce your home to the market. As much as we like social media, its true purpose is to provide greater exposure and is not a substitute for “boots on the ground”!

Negotiations

What exactly does it mean when a real estate professional states they are great negotiators? Our idea of negotiation is to communicate via phone or in-person with each listing agent. Submitting an offer via email and waiting for a response is not negotiation. Neither is accepting as good faith, highest and best offers by a date certain, without a thorough understanding of the homeowner’s position and what will compel them to accept your offer.
